can I give upsc after completing D pharma

To appear for UPSC CSE you will have to complete your Graduation first and as this is the basic Eligibility criteria.

So, after D.Pharma you will have to complete your B.Pharma and then apply for UPSC CSE exam.

Your age should be between 21-30 (General Category), relaxation by +3yrs for OBC and by +5yrs for SC/ST candidates.
