Hello,

The only eligibility for UPSC Civil Service Exam is to have attained 21 years age and have compated graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. There's no minimum aggregate for this.Even final year students are eligible to apply.

So, to answer your question YES!!, you're eligible to apply for UPSC Civil Service Exam
