Can I go for aircraft maintenance engineering

I respect your decision and you can go for aircraft maintenance engineering if and only if you have complete interest and passion towards it. The job opportunities in this field will be very less and you need strive hard for them. And I think, you should also pursue the Master's if required.

Dear Sanket, Aircraft maintenance engineering is for you if you are more interested and have passion for this field. To be eligible for this course, you  must have passed 10+2 with non-medical stream or equivalent with AICTE approved 3 years engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in science with Physics and Mathematics at the time of admission. And moreover if you are eligible for admission in B. Tech Courses, then you  are also eligible for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) programme. Your age should be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission. And you must not have colour blindness and any physical disabilities.
