Hello Shubham, See Automobile Engineering or Automotive Engineering is a part of Mechanical Engineering. Automobile engineering deals with the design of cars. It can be considered as a sub branch of vehicle engineering . And In terms of degree equivalence, both are almost the same. There is no big difference. And yes you can go for Automotive designing but in order to do that, you need to have a ll thorough study on the applications.
