Yes !  You can definitely go and opt for civil service exams. As per the eligibility criteria for UPSC exam, and  the education qualification for IAS, Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

So, if you have completed your Bachelor's degree in Technology, BTech, from any university or college, it doesn't matter, since the eligibility says they the Aspirant must have a graduation degree in any field.
