Speaking between KL University, CBIT  and Vasavi college, you should go for CBIT.

CBIT has well developed atmosphere

Quality of education is high in CBIT as compared to others.The management is also really good.

And the placements in CBIT are far more better than other two you mentioned.

Also the fees in KLU are already skyrocketed than CBIT

So I would suggest you go to CBIT.
