You can surely do MBA after B.Sc in physical science. the college prefers diversity so you will even get some bonus point for this.

There will be no problem in the future regarding this that you will need to face. A few companies may prefer people from certain backgrounds according to there job role.

But as your subject and the entrance exams have a very different context, you will require to work really hard to get into a good B School.
