Yes, obviously you can do your MCA from any foreign country after completion of your BCA in India.
The eligibility is as follows :

• The candidate must have completed BCA degree  after 10+2 from any recognized board.
• Some of the Universities give preference to work experience,so in this case, they have to submit the experience certificate at the time of admission to the MCA course.
• The students must possess a good score in TOFEL or IELTS.

As per your query, I would glad to inform you that you can go mca for studying in abroad in many colleges . But in my opinion I would like to advise you that if you are thinking are job-oriented then go for PG-diploma courses from humber college ,george brown college in canada and they will land you in good companies without wasting much time of yours . For your information , you can go masters in science if you haave good percentage in bachelors
