Hello Aspirant,
No you cannot go for admission to next session in colleges of Gujarat on the basis of marks scored in GUJCET in this session. As it's validity is only for one year next year you have to appear again.
If you want to take admission next year that you should appear in next year too however it is not mandatory that you should appear in current year too.
