Yes, you can get a job in ISRO after doing graduation in IISER, not only in IISER; almost in all Indian universities. you have to keep an eye on the advertisements about vacancies. Usually, you can get positions like scientists and junior research fellows based on your qualifications. Whereas students of IIST can directly enter into ISRO.
