For pursuing an MS abroad, especially in the U.S., the SAT is not typically required, as it is an undergraduate admissions test. Instead, for most MS programs, especially in fields like engineering, computer science, or data science, the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is the more relevant standardized test. Many universities require GRE scores as part of the application process for MS programs, though some have made it optional in recent years. It's important to check specific university requirements, as some schools may waive the GRE or offer alternative pathways depending on your academic background and experience. However, focusing on the GRE rather than the SAT will be more beneficial for your MS application.
SAT is generally the exam required to pursue a bachelor's degree or any form of UG education from a foreign university, therefore it is not sufficienct for MS.
In order to pursue MS, which is a graduate degree, you will have to give the GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) exam. Some colleges also accept GMAT scores but GMAT is generally preferred for MBA aspirants.
In addition, to pursue MS, most universities also require you to submit scores from an English proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS if English is not your first language.
