Counseling of UPSEE 3rd round gives you the dates when you should take admissions, the seats may get filled up in the subsequent rounds and you should take admission when it is told or atleast before the next round otherwise your seat can be given to someone else. If you can't, you should call in the college office and talk about it.

After locking your choice of college from the 3rd round of counselling the college will provide you with a date for admission or the better option is you can just call them and they will guide you with the process. after that, they will call you someday and you will be given a list of information about the admission process and that's it. Then you report on that given date for the admission and here you go.
