Dear Saurabh, In 2018, under State Quota, 469 marks.secured a seat in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. With 500 marks you also have a chance at UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences. While the chances of a Government Medical College under State Quota are promising, the situation doesnt look bright under All India Quota because, the cut offs are higher here. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Well if you are looking for government Medical college through  AIQ 2019 then im really sorry to say but 500 marks you won't  get any government mbbs seat because  cutoff goes varies this year  too.

For taking mbbs in government sector one should have to score atleast 580 ++ marks for

general category.

But  yes you can try for the state  quota counseling process where i can only say you may  get chance to

only.

Although  you can try for the other Medical courses like bams, bhms

, bds government,  etc

Try your level best to get admission .
