You haven't mentioned the course you are studying in first year. But going by our previous question, this answer is being written. Harvard doesn't have the option of accepting Transfer students. Harvard University has its own eligibility criteria for admission to study Medicine. Its just not with India, they do not have a transfer student policy within Harvard. You can check the rules at their official website at: https://meded.hms.harvard.edu/admissions-selection-factors . Neither can you discontinue MBBS in India and apply for Harvard either because the rule states that any Candidate who has enrolled to Medical Course earlier is also ineligible for any transfer to Harvard. To study Medicine at Harvard, you should have completed your Bachelor's degree. But for other courses like liberal arts course, Harvard does have a transfer policy. Candidates who have completed one Academic year can opt for a transfer. But should not complete 2 Academic years.
