You Bachelor degree in Civil engineering should be from a renowned university and you should have minimum 55%.

M.Plan is very unique course which provides knowledge in   planning and development  of cities, rural areas. This course also includes  specialisation in Environment planning ,Transport planning ,Urban and regional planning etc.

The admission process  for this course is different for different colleges. Some may conduct entrance test some may take interviews and it depends on the college .  You can select the  college that you want and then you can look for the admission process of that college.
