Yes you can definitely include Home Science score in your Best four score. But you have to keep in mind the course for which you are applying for. For example, if you are opting for Life Sciences course in Delhi University, then any of the two from Physics, Chemistry and Biology are mandatory subjects to include in your Best Four score calculation. There will not be a deduction of 1% from your Best four score percentage if you are considering home science in your best four subjects but you need to include your language score constant in it, rest of the subjects may vary according to your choice. For example, if your best four score percentage is 94%, including home science, then according to the rule, Delhi University will consider 93% because of inclusion of home science in your Best four score.
