Can i include my second language(malayalam) for the calculation of best of four for admission in du for ba english? if yes which colleges?

No, you cannot do it for BA (H) in English. Since English is the course you want to study, you will have to include class 12th English (whichever board you were in), as your language subject. This is mandatory under DU's UGC regulations.
