Can i include Physical education in Best of 4 which is my additional subject for DU.

It's depend on what stream you are taking in DU.
If you are taking science stream, then the answer is ‘NO.’
In science stream, DU doesn't see the best four marks, but they see the percentage through the concept of P( physics),C (Chemistry) and M (Mathematics)or B(Biology).
Physics+ chemistry+ mathematics or biology= the percentage for Du admission.
Whatever marks you get in physical education, it won't manifestation in your percentage for Du.
But,
However, In humanities stream, the condition is different.
Physical education marks can be included in the best four subjects if it is a core subject.
But if it is an optional subject then can't include in it.
The answer is yes.

3. Subjects from list A, given below:
Arabic, Bengali, botany , chemistry , commerce ,computer science, economics, English, French ,geography, geology, German, Hindi hi, history, home science, Italian, mathematics , physics, political science, psychology, philosophy, Punjabi, Sanskrit, statistics, Urdu ,zoology, legal studies, sociology or Spanish.
now as far as physical education and music is concerned there is a deduction of 2.5 person from your overall percentage
