Your question is not proper. But, the word I should correct to answer your question is PUC not PIC. You are willing to join Intermediate after joining 1st semester of diploma is possible if you have not submitted any certificates as of now. There are chances for you to join PUC. It all matters on the college management. You should study intermediate for 2 years after completing your 10 grade. Directly joining 2nd year is not possible.
