Can I join AFMC for MS after completeing MBBS from college other than AFMC?

Yes, you can join AFMC for MS after completeing MBBS.
After completing MBBS course in AFMC , you get commissioned into the Indian Armed Forces as a Lieutenant and do internship at a military hospital in India simultaneously. After that you are promoted as Captain and placed as Medical Officer at military posts. But you must have secured at least 60% aggregate in Class 12th.

Absolutely, when you join AFMC you are committing yourself to be an officer in the Indian army, navy or Air Force. ... Take NEET PG exam and apply for pg at afmc . SSC will not lead to you in afmc as it has age restriction.
Must have passed his/her MBBS in first/second attempt. A candidate must have completed his/her internship. PG holders (MD/MS/MCh/DM) may also apply other than AFMC...
