can i join another ug engineering college I am 2019 passed out from one engineering college still i have 3 Arrear Exam still i have not cleared my exam and my over all cgpa is 5.9 can i join another college

Hi,
Well if you plan to join another engineering college then keep one thing in mind that you won't be able to continue your studies from the point where you left it. Rather you will have to start over from the beginning and will have to complete four years of engineering course to get a degree.
