Yes you can take admission in that but for that you have to find college who accept diploma course and you will be going to take admission in 2nd year through this .

Yes you can take admission to the BE Mechatronics courses since it an engineering course and for this you just have to have physics, chemistry, and mathematics in your 10+2 so if you have that then no matter in which field you are doing you diploma you can take admission to it.
