yes you can join but you will get an admission from 1st  year only. You have to follow the process like a normal candidate would do. Appear JEE main and on the basis of that mark you will be eligible for JEE Advance, if you score well n JEE advance then you can get an admission in IIT at any campus based on your rank or reservation rank(if any).

For that you have to practice and prepare accordingly.
