can I join in deemed college after mop up round? what is stray vacant counselling how is it done?

MOP UP by deemed or central universities at institute level.
this is called Stray vacancy round.
in this round each deemed & central will release their own form. only the students who’ve previously registered with MCC are allowed to apply.
after form filling a merit list will be released & students will be called on a specific date to the respective institution with documents.
