ISRO i.e Indian space research organization recruits different position like technician, graduate engineer or scientist B, scientific officer etc. however based on your highest qualifications you may apply for ISRO recruitment  process, from past 3-4 years ISRO has recruited graduate engineer or scientist B pst, candidates who holds a bachelor degree i.e b.e or b.tech In mechanical engineering/ computer science/ electronics and communication engineering were eligible to apply. however it also depends on the organization, how many vacancies or position they would recruit for coming years. so you should study hard and after completing the diploma or bachelor degree you should join in relevant sectors apart from ISRO to Gain experience. so study sincerely.

Yes, you can join ISRO after completing diploma/B.E. in mechanical engineering. The minimum eligibility to join ISRO is Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with atleast 50%. And with mechanical engineering qualification you can join the post of ISRO Technical Assistant or Technician Recruitment. For this you need to write an entrance exam conducted by ISRO for recruitment. After clearing exam, you need to pass the personal interview round.
