Yes .. you can study M.Sc Astronomy after B.Sc Physics as per the basic eligibility criteria to obtain Postgraduate degree in M.Sc Astronomy only if you have obtained minimum 55% aggregate in your graduation . You need to appear for Entrance tests conducted by Individual Universities to get admission in this course such as IISER Aptitude test, JNUEE, IIT JAM etc.
After Postgraduation .. you can have a huge scope to work as a researcher in ISRO or NASA .
