The basic criteria to get an entry inMSC (Master in Science), you need to have a degree in BSC (Bachelor's in Science) from a recognized university or college with atleast 50-60% marks in the graduation .

It doesn't matter which subject you choose in bachelors physics, chemistry or maths or biology, etc.
