can i join ncc in class 12,i am in class 12 and my college have not under ncc subunit so can i fill form and join ncc

Hello!
Both the junior wing and senior wing of NCC (National Cadet Corps) programme are available. The students starting from ninth class to twelfth class can join the NCC in the junior wings. High wings are only available to students after completion of twelfth class.
