Medical standard of eyesight for NDA is as follows-

A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

yes, you can join NDA.  If your eyesight is less than 6/36 or it is 6/36 then you are eligible for NDA. Candidates can join NDA even with myopia subject to the fact that it is less than -2.50D. Visit the link given below for more information:
