can i join off campus of JU ..before my b.tech(from other institute) ..if i learn all skill? and will i get placement?

Yes you can apply for off-campus placements in JU given that you are in your final year of your BTech course. If you acquire all the required skills and knowledge for any recruitment exams and interviews you can definitely crack them and get placed. But you will get the joining letter only after you complete your BTech degree.
