can i join sir indu autonomous college (INDU) in CSE artificial intelligence and machine learning or go for LONG TERM?

You didn't mention your exam and category also.
Sir Indu autonomous college is very good college. In CSE department also good in this college. But during research i see that placement is low.
You can try another college's also.
If you clear your exam and category then we can easily clear your problem.
