Its actually quite tough to get admission in B.sc agriculture without entrance exams in government institutions or universities

But here is an option

Basically if not national level exams we go for few state level exams to get admission if not that we have a direct admission option which is offered by few private institutions  , so there the admission is based on the qualifying Mark's merit (12th marks) .

So without any entrance exams through your 12th Mark's you can get admission only in few private  institutions.

If you want to pursue bsc agriculture from a reputed college then it is must to give a entrance exam.
Either you give icar exam which is an all india level entrance exam for ug students for agriculture and applied sciences.
Or there are several universities and colleges which conduct their own entrance test so you can apply for that also , as it is necessary to clear an entrance exam to get a good college.
Otherwise if you are not interested in entrance exams then only thing you can do is apply for private colleges .
