The Mop up round conducted at mcc.nic.in is for CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES, DEEMED UNIVERSITIES, and ESIC only. Yes, you being a Keralite, is eligible for applying to it if you have QUALIFIED NEET UG 2019. The registrations for mop up round will begin from 13 August 2019 till 15 August 2019. Choice filling is on the 16th and result will be declared by 19th August.
