The actual cutoffs change every year depending upon various factors and it is difficult to predict any cutoff. But going by previous years' data, to get a seat in top branches like CSE in VNIT Nagpur through home state quota, you need to secure a rank within 5000 i.e. approx 99.5 percentile For Ece, a rank under 9000 or around 99.2 percentile, can fetch you a seat. Other branches like Civil, Mechanical, Chemical are achievable with rank over 15,000. So try to score at least 220 marks in Main if you want to get CSE there.
