Hi there.
BTech Food Technology is an undergraduate programme that leads to a 4-year degree that deals with the use of food science in the production of food. Students are given abilities to use food technology ideas in food selection, packaging, processing, preservation, and distribution through the degree program's varied curriculum.
If you come from a scientific background and have recently finished your 10+2, but you are not interested in engineering courses like civil, mechanical, or electrical, then food technology can be an excellent choice for you.
One can obtain employment in research laboratories, government and commercial organisations, consultancies, processing facilities, and other fields with extra training in food preparation, health, and nutrition.
Other options are:
- FOOD CONSULTANT
- PRODUCTION
- FOOD SCIENTIST
- PROCESS ENGINEER
