Yes, you can learn any programming languages only by learning C or C++. Its all about the concept that you will learn from one language after that you can just compare and learn other languages. There is not a huge difference between any languages the only thing which differs are the syntax of that language. I suggest you learn C and then go for Python as python is the most demanding language that company searches on the CV of students.
