Hey there
See once you are allotted a seat you have 2 options, one is you can grab the seat and take admission in the provided college or if you want to exit you can free exit Within two days of allotment you can withdraw yourself from the college, but you will lose the security deposit of 10,000/- rupees in the college keep in mind that once you join the allotted college, you cannot withdraw your seat and you will be disqualified from further rounds of state counselling also.
So make a wise decision!
All the best
Hello,
It is a guideline by the Honorable Supreme Court of India that once a seat is allocated in the second round of counselling, a candidate cannot vacate it. In case a candidate has been allotted a seat in round 2, they can exit by getting their security money forfeited.
thankyou
If you are enquiring about All India Counselling for NEET, you cannot leave a seat allotted in Round 2. If you do so, you will have to forfeit the security deposit. This means, if you have been allotted a seat in Round 2 but have decided not to join the College, you will not be refunded your Security deposit that you paid at the time of filling NEET Counselling form. But this will not stop you from participating in your State Counselling.
