Hello aspirant,

No, there will be no legal issues if you leave your seat in Uttar Pradesh government college. However, if you chose to free exit, you will not be refunded your demand draft of Rs. 30,000 which you earlier submitted at the chosen nodal centre. If you leave in between the course, you will have to pay a penalty by paying the 5 year course fee to the college.

Hope it helps!

Hi reader ,

if you leave you MBBS seat after studying in that course for a while then you will have to pay the penalty fee i.e. the amount for discontinuing your course the discontinuation bond.

if you leave the seat during counselling in the second round then your DD will be fortified.

i hope this helps

for knowing your chances of getting a college you can refer
