Hai aspirant, you should continue your bachelor degree as for b. Ed minimum eligibility  is graduation in any stream with minimum 50 percent marks.
Every university conduct its entrance exam for b. Ed, through which you get private Or government college upon yours rank .

You cannot pursue BEd without completing your graduation, generally speaking the eligibility criteria of BEd is passed graduation or post-graduation from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate or above depending upon the norms of the university, hence you have to complete your graduation, that's important in order to pursue BEd, with 12th passed educational qualifications if you have 50% aggregate then you may apply for DEd or DElEd, but for BEd graduation is absolutely necessary, in case you don't have required aggregate at ug level, you can make up for the same by pursuing pg course and securing the minimum aggregate.
