Can I lock a seat that has been allocated to me after the first round of CDAC C-CAT 2024 seat allocation?

Candidates cannot lock the centre/seat allocated to them after the first round of CDAC C-CAT 2024 seat allocation unless the allotted seat was their first preference. If the allotted seat is not their first preference then it may get upgraded in the further rounds.
