YOU NEED TO DO SOME PAPER WORKS FOR THIS AND THEN YOU CAN MIGRATE .THE MAIN CERTIFICATE REQUIRED IS THE MIGRATION CERTIFICATE APPROVED FROM YOUR PREVIOUS COLLEGE. Hope this will help you. good luck
