Aspirants of LSAT India 2019 seeking admission to LLM programme need to possess an LLB degree from any recognized university recognized by Bar Council of India.
An aspirant should score at least 55 percent marks in the qualifying degree.
If you are belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/PwD), then the university gives 5 percent relaxation and which stands to be 50%.

No, you can't appear for LSAT (abroad) directly after class 12th. Through LSAT you get admission for JD Course which is equivalent to Indian 3 year LLB. This course can be pursued only after you have completed any three year LLB degree. So you can appear for LSAT after you have completed any UG course or in the final year of your UG degree. In India there are integrated law courses for 5 years which combine law and a UG degree you can go for that directly after 12th. But for LSAT abroad you'll have to complete graduation first.
