can i participate bams option registration in 2nd allotment if i didnt join in the college which i got in 1st allotment in keam 2020 ?

If you got college in round 1 counselling, than you should reported to the college for further process, and if you are not satisfied with your college than you can upgrade your college, it will be decide according to your marks..
