thanks for asking your query ,there is no chance to participate in josaa csab second counselling because first you have to eligible for the first round counselling .

There is no chance to participate directly in CSAB special round 2 without participating in special round 1. If you want to know more information about the CSAB special round then you have to check the official website of it. here is the link.
