Can I participate in both AIQ 15% and respective state quota 85% or I have to choose any one?

Only students from Telangana, AP & J & K are not eligible to participate under 15% quota as you belong to WB so you can apply for both state and AIQ seats.

You can apply in both the counseling and grab a seat wherever you get a chance.
