Dear student,
Csab special round counselling is conducted by central seat allocation board, and this special round counseling is for filling the vacant seats in all nits, iiits, or gftis and iiest .
Now for csab special round counselling for nits, iiits, gftis, one must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for participating in csab special round counseling :-
You must have given JEE Mains by securing a valid rank
If you do not got allotted any seat in JoSAA or didn't participated in JoSAA counselling or your josaa seat is cancelled or you have withdrawn your josaa seat, then you can participate in CSAB special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs 2020
If you have been allotted any seat in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through JoSAA and you are retaining your JoSAA seat, then also you can take part in csab special round counseling.
So, yes you can participate in csab special round counseling, after withdrawing your josaa seat.
