Hello Aspirant,
Yes you can participate in JEE 2022 but note that as you had passed your class 12th in 2020 so you will only be eligible for JEE-Main 2022 not for JEE-Advance 2022 even if you qualify JEE-Main 2022. This is because maximum attempts for JEE-Advance are 2 in 2 consecutive years and first year is considered as passing year of class 12th so according to which you were only eligible for JEE-Advance 2020 and 2021, even if you had not appeared for JEE-Advance 2020 then also your attempt would be deducted. Similarly for JEE-Main, there are 3 attempts allowed for 3 consecutive years.
Now you are only eligible for JEE-Main 2022 and you can appear for it through which you can get admission to NITs/IIITs or some CFTIs and also some private and state government colleges take admission tot he engineering courses on the basis of JEE-Main score.

Hello aspirant,
You will be eligible for JEE Mains in 3 consecutive years from the year you finish your 12 th standard including that year i.e you are eligible for JEE Mains in 2020, 2021 and 2022. JEE Advanced can be attempted twice in consecutive years which you already attempted in 2021 and you are not eligible for JEE Advanced in 2022 as you have passed your 12 th standard in 2020.
You will be eligible for only JEE Mains in 2022 and to get into NITs and CFTIs you must have other eligibility criteria like age minimum 75 marks in 12 th standard in science stream from a recognised Board and 65 percentage for reservation category candidates, etc.
