Firstly the percentage are based on your caste if you are SC/ST/PWD you require 65% to participate in JEE exams And if you are Open caste you require 75% of marks . For the year 2020, students just need to pass in their class 12 to be eligible for JEE Advanced. They don't need to satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria of scoring minimum 75% in class 12. This criteria was removed due to the current pandemic for the year 2020.
So you just need to qualify in JEE Mains by scoring above the cutoff percentile according to your category.
