Hi aspirant,
It is truly possible to participate and get the benefits of home state provided from multiple States or from the different state other than which you reside provided that you fulfill any off the following set of criteria:
- The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it (domicile certificate).
- The student must have completed his/her secondary or higher secondary education from an institution in the state which is also recognized by the government.
- Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.
So if you fulfill any of these criteria with respect to Uttrakhand, then you can apply for Uttrakhand Neet UG counselling. Please note that you will be eligible to get admission in 15 percent of all India quota otherwise.
