can i pay only college fees in Narasaraopeta Engineering College without paying donation in management quota it is possible or not?

Hello,
If you join college through management quota then you have to pay some amount which is required for management quota seats. Actually every college have own fixed amount for management quota seats. It will differ college to college. And they don't tell anyone other than students. So if you join as a management quota student then you have to pay more amount than your original college fees dear.
